RRC Spring 5k Training Group

Sat March 14 - Sat May 9, 2020

This program is perfect for both rookies looking to finish a first 5k and experienced runners wanting a faster one. Meeting up on Saturday mornings for 8 weeks, (or on your own with the online-only program), we use a gentle program that gradually increases walk-run intervals. You'll buildup to finish 3.1 miles with a fist pump and a smile on your face.

ONLINE-ONLY (Virtual) TRAINING For just $29, you will receive:

  • • An exclusive 8-week training program, for 3 different levels: Running Rookie, Beginner, & Intermediate
  • Access to certified coaches
  • Weekly e-communications that include workouts, motivation, upcoming week’s schedule, and success stories
