Forward Together Running and Training Programs

Novice Edition, 7-8 Weeks

Our Begin-To-Run program is designed to help you establish a running routine while avoiding injury. It uses intervals alternating between easy running and power walking to progressively build your endurance over time and acclimate to physical stress. We purposely made the program with 3 days per week of running; any more than that you risk injury. Don’t worry! We have other tasks for you to move every day that will complement the running workouts.
