I had never run more than a mile or two in my life, I had a new baby at the time and a marriage that was sadly destined for failure. Training for that Ragnar saved me in so many ways! It made me mentally strong enough to get through all the things that were coming around the corner for me; raising a daughter, divorce, re-entering life again as a single working mom and so much more! My passion for running grew and I began running half marathons then marathons and was hooked! Running is a daily part of my mental and physical health and well being and always will be :)
